Sports nutrition is a branch of nutricion that is an auxilary to the participants of phyical activity, competitors or not, to better the training and competitions. The fault of attention to nutirition can interfere in gains and more seriously can cause health problems. Constant training and competitions can cause lack of energy and stress for what the body is not prepaired for.
